Customer Care


We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and paper check. Sales tax must be collected on all orders delivered or shipped within the state of California.



Our gift components & inventory may be adjusted due to availability or season. Any substitutions are always made of equal or greater value. If substitutions are necessary, we take great care to retain the original theme, style, and presentation of each gift. 


During the warm summer months, we may need to substitute chocolate items with less perishable, heat-tolerant gourmet products.


Return Policy:

We are committed to client satisfaction. If it is necessary to return a gift, please notify us immediately. We will provide a replacement, store credit or refund to the purchaser, if the gift is returned unopened, in its original packaging & condition, and within two business days of receipt. We do not accept returns of personalized/imprinted items or food items that have been tampered with or opened. Delivery/shipping costs are not refundable and any return delivery/shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We take extra precautions to ensure that your order arrives at its destination in ideal condition. Although each gift is carefully hand-packed, occasionally something out of our control may cause damage during transit. Please contact us immediately to report any damaged deliveries.


If a gift is returned to us because the recipient failed to retrieve it from UPS or FedEx a 25% restocking fee will apply. Returned gifts that are redelivered to an alternate address may require product replacements. Replaced products and re-packaging are assessed on an individual basis and will be charged accordingly.


Cancellation Policy:

If an order is canceled once the gift is designed, a 25% restocking fee will apply.


Shipping, Handling & Delivery Details:

Recipient Address:

When entering your destination address information during secure online checkout; ensure that all pertinent address details are complete and correct--this includes phone number and suite/apartment/floor number/gate code if applicable. Additional delivery fees will be charged to the customer if packages are delivered to the wrong address, returned, or refused.


Special Locations:

The following locations are considered Special Locations and require specific details to ensure a complete and timely delivery. Deliveries to Special Locations are often made to a receiving or reception area prior to being distributed to the final recipient. In these circumstances, please allow additional lead-time prior to delivery. We do not accept responsibility for delayed or incomplete deliveries made to Special Locations. Additional delivery fees will be charged to the customer if packages are delivered to the wrong address, returned, or refused.


P.O. Boxes: We cannot make deliveries or shipments to P.O. Boxes. An alternate, physical address must be provided.


Hotels: Please ensure that the recipient is a registered guest. Provide complete and correct hotel location & address, guest check-in & departure date as well as any additional guest information.


Hospitals: We offer hand delivery to hospitals in San Jose, Santa Clara County California, but cannot ship to hospitals. Please ensure that the recipient has not been discharged and is able to receive a delivery. Provide the correct & current hospital location, room number, and phone number. Please know that some hospitals do not allow deliveries to specific rooms and units.


College Campuses: Please ensure the recipient is able to receive deliveries to the location provided and include all building names, numbers, phone numbers, and department locations.

Shipping, handling, and delivery charges are determined according to weight and are itemized in addition to the cost of your gift. You may select your desired shipping delivery method upon checkout. Rush shipping is also available.

Local San Jose Hand Delivery: Starting at $16.00 per gift, per location *Additional charges will apply for multiple gifts and delivery locations *Local Same Day Delivery is available if orders are placed prior to 9am.

Order Deadlines & Details

Our gifts are delivered and shipped Monday - Friday. Some weekends by appointment. You have the option to select your desired delivery date upon order.



Deliveries within Santa Clara County area are delivered the following business day or on the day you select upon order.



All orders received prior to 9:00 AM PST are eligible for same-day delivery within Santa Clara County.



For orders placed after 9:00 AM PST, Same Day Rush Delivery options are available and are handled on an individual basis. Please call us directly to arrange for local rush delivery.



If your order is received prior to 9:00 AM PST, it will typically ship out the same day. If your completed order is received after 9:00 AM PST, it will typically ship the following business day.

Expedited shipping options are also available. Additional charges for expedited shipping.

Certain instances, such as large quantity orders and orders placed during our busy holiday season may require additional production time.

We design our custom gift baskets/gifts in our San Jose Studio. Our hours vary, as we are often meeting with clients or away making special deliveries. Please call ahead to schedule an appointment.

Memorial Day | Independence Day | Labor Day | Thanksgiving Day 


Satisfaction Guarantee

We do our best to make sure you'll be satisfied with every purchase. If any item falls short of your expectations, please notify us immediately. A problem with must be reported within 24 hours of its arrival. We will send you a prompt refund, replacement or full credit (excluding original shipping and handling charges), on any items returned to us within 7 days. Perishable, personalized or special purchase items cannot be returned. There will be a 20% restock fee on custom baskets.


Privacy Statement:

All our customers' data is kept strictly confidential. We do not sell or loan our mailing list to anyone.


Delivery & Shipping Policy:

Delivery and shipping charges are in addition to the cost of the gift purchased. There will be a charge for a second delivery if we are given an incorrect address. If being hand delivered by us and the recipient is not home, we will try to:

-Leave the gift with a neighbor.

-Leave the basket at the delivery address if it seems safe to do so unless you instruct us otherwise. After two delivery attempts, an additional delivery  charge will be applied.


Chocolates cannot be shipped in the summer months.


Shipping Times:

Most (meaning 99.9%) of your orders are shipped within 1 business day from when the order is placed unless you have requested a later delivery date. We will notify you if there is going to be a delay. Orders placed before 1:00 PST are often shipped or delivered on the same day. Call us with any last-minute requests 408.551.0338. FedEx/UPS does not pick up on weekends. In addition we use USPO for shipping, so a package may arrive on a Saturday. An adult must receive a package that includes alcohol/wine, and a signature is required for (alcohol/wine) residential delivery.
